Jason Allen Kuil was born May 22, 1977 in Rapid City, South Dakota, the son of Allen Ray Kuil and Juliann (Davies) Peters. At the age of 5, he got his first bike. After riding for an hour he demanded that the training wheels come off. He was on two wheels ever since. He talked his way into his first job at the age of 10. He was the best employee then and kept that drive until his last job. Jason attended many different schools and graduated from West Holt High School in Atkinson, Nebraska. He moved to Hawarden, Iowa in 1998 and was employed with Interfab at Interstates Electric in Sioux Center, Iowa.
Jason had many talents and shared those with others while helping others do projects. He had a free spirit and was a man with a tough exterior but he showed his heart in everything he did. Jason loved to help people and was the first to step up with no questions. He told others to love as often as you can, and never apologize for who you are. Jason’s quote for his work about himself was “Almost 5’6” and 215 pounds of pure awesome!”
He is survived by his daughter, Alexis; son, Austin; mother, Juliann Peters; sister, Jennifer Kuil; brother, Ian Peters; paternal grandmother, Ardeen Pekoske; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and everyone he ever met.
Jason was preceded in death by his father, Allen Kuil; maternal grandmother, Ethel Gallego-Gerry; paternal grandfather, Richard Kuil; and uncle, Lloyd Davies.
Jason's family prefers memorial gifts to help with expenses.
