Connor Rozeboom

Rock Rapids, IA: Connor A. Rozeboom, 2, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, died Sunday, May 8, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 11, at 2:00 p.m. at Netherlands Reformed Congregation of Rock Valley with Rev. E.C. Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery of Rock Valley. Visitation, with family present, will be Tuesday, May 10, at Porter Funeral Home of Rock Valley from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Netherlands Reformed Christian School.

Connor Andrew Rozeboom, son of Merlin and Betty (Hoogendoorn) Rozeboom, was born April 8, 2014 at Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Connor enjoyed playing with his brother and sisters. He liked playing outside. Connor always had his blankets and pacifier with him.

Connor is survived by his parents, Merlin and Betty Rozeboom; two sisters, Kylie and Trina Rozeboom; brother, Collin Rozeboom; paternal grandparents, Leonard and Freida Rozeboom; maternal grandparents, Perry and Tami Hoogendoorn; great-grandparents, Gilbert and Angeline Hoogendoorn and John and Kathy Vande Hoef; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by five great-grandparents; two aunts, Katie Hoogendoorn and Wilma Van Der Brink; and two infant cousins, Travis and Ross Bakker.
